He holds the CISO role at an international entity of a DAX-listed company, leading the internal security organization and owning its certified management systems, NIS-2 readiness, and the audits that follow from both. Before that, he advised clients as a cybersecurity consultant at a Big Four firm. He studied IT security at Ruhr University Bochum.

CTO & Kubernetes Security Expert

He is a co-founder of the Kubernetes Security CTF at DEF CON, a Kubernetes security expert, and a Cloud Native security consultant with eight years in the field. He competes with FluxFingers, the official CTF team of Ruhr University Bochum behind the annual hack.lu CTF, and passes on what he learns in talks, workshops, and trainings.
